Welcome, friend

A little studio with a big prayer

Faith Renewal Studio is the writing desk of author Judy Sain Kirkpatrick. A lifetime of faith, family and children's ministry becomes books and Bible resources for kids and adults.

There are no fancy offices here. Just journals kept over decades, a heart shaped by Sunday school classrooms and puppet stages, and books written to be read out loud, passed around, and loved.

“It is my prayer that those who read these books will be touched in a way that leads them to pursue a closer walk with Jesus — and share His gospel wherever they go.”

— Judy Sain Kirkpatrick

Meet the author

Judy Sain Kirkpatrick

Judy was adopted at two years old and raised in a Christian home — her dad a pastor, her mom a church missions leader. She accepted Jesus at a young age and spent decades pouring into children: Sunday school classes, summer Bible clubs, church plays, and puppet ministry, before moving into women's ministry.

Along the way she became a nurse, answering a strong desire to help people when they need it most, and cared for her aging parents in their home until they passed. Through all of it, she kept journals. After losing her parents, those journals became serious writing — and the writing became her lifelong dream fulfilled: published books.

“God has blessed me with many talents for which I'm eternally grateful — and now He has led me to the completion of my dream.”

  3. Women's ministry, and nursing school to care for people when they need it most
  4. Caring for her parents at home until they passed
  5. A lifetime of journals becomes her first published stories

Why “Faith Renewal”?

The name is Judy's own story. After seasons of caring, and seasons of loss, writing renewed her faith — and her faith renewed her writing. The studio's mark says it plainly: the cross at the center, and new blossoms growing around it.

Matthew 5 : 16

Let your light shine before others

…that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
